Happy Tuesday

Happy Tuesday my friends,

We're working on another sample of the Tablerunner we have hanging on our wall. The Tablerunner class was a success 14 people in the Class!!! We were packed. The food was wonderful and plentiful and the company was great. It was so nice to see everyone there that participated. We are having a precut sale. All layer cakes, jelly rolls, charm packs, turnovers, and fat quarter bundles are on sale. Our new tablerunner sample that we are doing is using a turnover, so it will have a completely different look from all our others. I can't wait to see it finished.

Our classes are going great. We have the Tennesse Waltz Class two nights a week and a beginner class one night a week so our weeks are busy. Pictures will come of the finished projects as they get done. Maybe a few as the classes are going. Most everyone in the Tennessee Waltz class is stepping out side of their comfort zones in terms of color. But the finished projects will be stunning.

Our hours have changed for the summer: 9:30am - 6:00pm, although on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday it's best if you get here before 5:30 as we'll be setting up for classes. You can still come and shop but class starts at 6 sharp.

Lots of new classes are in the works and as always if you want a class contact us and we'll see what we can work out. We're always open for suggestions.

Happy Crafting!

Jeana

New Patterns

Local pattern designer Lynn Jeffries stopped in today to deliver some new patterns for our Shop.

First up is The Tea Party Dress.

Tea Party 2

Tea Party 1

The pattern cost $13.95 and is comprised of an outer skit, underskirt and the ruffles, bodice and sleeves. Plus the pretty lace on the bodice or the flower pin on the purple dress. According to Lynn she can make these two dresses in one day. But then again she's been doing them for several years now. For me I'm thinking it would take several days. The pattern will fit sizes 6 months through 8 years. So it will grow with your little girl.
